All access to non-public content on the community web site requires a username and password.  Anonymous visitors have access to view the public information on the web-service. Ordinary members have access, through a granted username and password, to view all members-only content as well as the public content. Members have the right to post content to the discussion forum or guest book if so allowed by the administrator.

The ClanEire community publishing solution requires that each item of content on the web site is signed by an author.  The author must have the right to submit content in the first place.  This right is granted by the administrator by giving the author "editor" level access to the web site  The administrator may choose that he or she must approve any content submitted by editors or members before it can be viewed by visitors to the web-service.

Group messaging is secured by creating authorised senders for each list in each group. Only the authorised sender is allowed send messages to a specific list.

Our SMS 4 Clubs system checks the phone number of the sender before delivering the messages to the list members.

Our Buywayz service allows members of a group to securely purchase products using their mobile phone.

The service uses the latest Voice-Print technology to secure each transaction. The order is confirmed by SMS message and forwarded to the Supplier.
